Daniel is a master problem solver with a specialty in solving various clients’ corporate matters. If your concerns involve the incorporation of business entities, Daniel is the man to call.

He has vast experience helping companies build from the ground up not limiting his services to the registration of company tins, trading licenses, statutory registrations for permits, and licenses to mention a few. 

Daniel’s meticulous spirit has made him a  rising star in litigation and has advantageously helped him to timely dispose of litigation matters. He has also supported businesses and charitable organizations to review their corporate structure and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements as well as advice on good corporate governance practices and international best practices. 

His skills are limitless as he has also participated in the training of organizations on policy and regulatory laws. This includes reviews on human resources policies, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, employment law, and tax compliance.

Daniel has worked on several assignments including but not limited to; the preparation of legal opinions on ADR matters and commercial transactions; due diligence reports on conveyancing and intellectual property matters; drafting of contracts and related documentation.

He holds a Bachelors of Law from Makerere University, Kampala, a Postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.
