Esther is an experienced and dedicated Administrator and HR officer skilled in a wealth of different human resource, public relations, communications and organizational matters.

She is well versed with the running of daily operations, reviewing of the firm’s financial, budgetary and production goals and is well suited to handle any kind of human resource and interpersonal related issues.

She leads the Ivory team in the recruitment, interviewing, coaching, mentoring and development of staff and fuels a spirit of team work and unity in every task she handles.
