Jamina is a founding Partner of the firm. She is an accredited Mediator having obtained a certificate from the California State Bar in partnership with the Intellectual Property Rights Initiative.

She specialises in Alternative Dispute Resolution with a niche in intellectual property, cyber and data protection law and has attained several accreditations with respect to Negotiations, Drafting and Management of Contracts and Dispute resolution and Law and Practice in Intellectual property, science and technology. She is the Head of the Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property and ICT Functions of the Firm and has over 13 years of experience as a legal practitioner. She has been ranked by World Trademark Review (WTR 1000) as a Top Trademark Professional in Uganda in the years 2020 and 2021. Jamina is currently the Deputy Chairperson of the Female Lawyers Committee of the Uganda Law Society and sits as director and/or Company Secretary on several boards.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre in Kampala.

Jamina is also a Court appointed Commissioner for oaths and an internationally accredited mediator with the Mediation and Conciliation Network an arm of the Federation of Integrated Conflict Management (FICM), headquartered in India and a registered and practicing Insolvency Practitioner and Liquidators.
