Racheal Kyomuhangi specializes in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, corporate compliance, and governance matters. She is a court-accredited mediator, experienced and equipped to provide advice to clients in respect to compliance issues such as policy and regulatory requirements in accordance with the various laws.

She has assisted clients in reviewing human resource policies, aligning management policies, recruitment and termination employment processes. She has represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters including but not limited to contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, and labour law disputes. She has vast experience in preparing court documents including motions, pleadings and correspondences.

Racheal holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University, Kampala and a Post graduate diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Center, Kampala.
