Racheal Kyomuhangi

Racheal is an Associate with the firm in the corporate and commercial department.

She is vastly experienced and equipped in providing advice through training and engagement packages for companies with respect to compliance issues such as policy and regulatory requirements in accordance with the various laws including Anti Bribery and Anti-Corruption laws, tax compliance including representations before Tax tribunals, proper contracts drafting, customizing HR policies amongst others.

Her experience from working in NGO’s and other charitable organizations has given her the ability to understand the corporate necessities regarding compliance, regulatory reporting, and corporate structuring.

She has also trained various corporate Boards on corporate structure, compliance, and tax-related matters.

Her diverse skills have enabled her to steer through the complex business matters faced by most start-ups and well-established businesses.

Racheal is endowed with great leadership skills, is solution-oriented, and respects the need for timely delivery.

She holds a Bachelors of Law from the Makerere University, Kampala, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.
