Rachel Kivuna Ateenyi

Rachel is an associate with the firm specialized in Human Resource and Tax matters.

She is vastly experienced and equipped in providing advise through trainings and engagement packages for the management of Human Resource and Tax related matters which include filing of tax returns, advisory on tax compliance, representing Clients before the tax Tribunal, reviewing and drafting HR manuals, attending and advising in Disciplinary hearing, sitting on recruitment committees to assist Clients,preparing and drafting employment contracts, customizing HR policies amongst others. She has also trained various client’s Board and client’s on accounting and tax issues.

Her diverse skills in both law and accounting has enabled her steer through the complex business matters faced by most start up and well established businesses.

Rachel holds a Bachelors of Law from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation from the East African School of Taxation, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Uganda Management Institute, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice Development, Rwanda and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.
