Please note that materials and content on this website, including but not limited to our ABM E-Market are not comprehensive. Our Content is designed to provide you with information about us, our services, legal concepts and issues. We have not created our Content with your specific needs, objectives or circumstances in mind however when you purchase any of our services, that would amount to legal services under the Laws of Uganda.

Jurisdiction

Use of our website and these Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Uganda and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts and waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.

If you access our website and you are based overseas, we do not represent that our website complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of the country in which you reside (if you reside outside Uganda).
